Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Meeting face-to-face with current and potential customers on a daily basis
- Increase sales for the client and the company to ensure goals are met
- Stay on the cutting edge of the market with technological and current events knowledge of the industry
- Recommend and promote products to customers based on their specific needs and assist them throughout the sales process
- Acquire new skills by cross-training in all departments of customer service, sales, and marketing

Management Trainee Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, sales experience OR ( bachelors degree is preferred)
- Sales experience is not required but is a plus
- Motivated by money and willing to work hard to earn it

- Strong communication and time management abilities
