ReVision Energy s North Andover Massachusetts location is looking for a Inventory and Warehouse Support Member to join our growing co-owned company. This is not a remote role and will require and in person presence.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Members of the ReVision Energy Inventory and Warehouse Support Team have the opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge about a wide variety of renewable energy products while doing their part to contribute to the solutions of climate change. We re looking for a candidate that is excited about green tech and ready to grow as part of a focused and hardworking team. The shift for this role will be Monday-Friday.
The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment, is well organized, self-directed, and has the desire to work in the field of renewable energy. The ability to prioritize and multi-task is critical to succeed in this role.
Members of the Warehouse team are responsible for assisting in all aspects of warehouse work including but not limited to:
Role and Responsibilities
- Prefabricate components for Solar Arrays, Heat Pumps, and other technologies.
- Maintain a wide variety of installation kits.
- Cut and Paint plywood for backer boards.
- Restock miscellaneous materials left over from completed jobs.
- Keep kit tables and kit area clean and orderly.
- Prepare job specific materials onto carts and pallets.
- Help maintain proper inventory levels.
- Load up trucks for installations.
- Help keep and maintain a safe, clean, and functional facility.
- Assists in job sight deliveries and inter shop material transfers.
- Assist with shipping and receiving and stocking incoming materials.
- Assist with vehicle appointment pick up and drop off.
Critical Skills/Expectations:
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Able to work self-guided and independently in a fast paced and growing. environment with flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with Excel and other commonly used software, including Internet and Email.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must bring a positive attitude; thoughtful ideas for growth of company are encouraged.
- Strong desire to work for a renewable energy company.
- Forklift experience a plus.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all co-owners / co-workers.
Required Licenses/Physical Demands:
- Must have a clean and valid driver s record.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must maintain DOT card for driving vehicles over 10,000 GVW
