Our client, a Financial Planner in Waltham, MA, is seeking a temporary Sponsor Relations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for reporting that is done within sponsor relations, assist a two-person team with conference planning, ensure that updated, relevant material is available to the advisors, supervising conference participation, managing several sections of the sponsor relation sections, working with planners to manage participation for the events, and handling operations questions that come into sponsor relations que. The ideal candidate for this role will be one who is interested in the relationship-building space within financial services, is organized, collaborative, and possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This role pays $20 an hour, and is from 8:30AM-5:00PM onsite. Qualified candidates should apply for immediate consideration.
