Our client is an e-commerce company based in Boston, MA seeking a Temporary Testing Administrator to work entirely on-site. This role is slated to start in early November 2021 and go through end of year, with opportunity to extend. The position pays 24/hour depending on candidate experience. Shifts vary between 7am-4pm and 8am-5pm. This person will be expected to handle employee registration in real-time (with iPad or laptop), manually label vials / tubes, walk employees through proper testing protocol (giving instructions), receive completed test tube and store; ensure courier company picks up all suppliers; regularly clean area / ensures space has proper PPE equipment for employee use. He/she will be responsible for understanding and managing onsite COVID-19 testing for their Boston employees, guide employees through an outlined process of self-testing and answer basic questions as needed, oversee the safe collection, storage, and drop-off of all onsite testing samples, and confidentially review test results. The ideal candidate would be a problem-solver, possess the ability to maintain confidentiality and the ability to maintain good judgment to escalate issues or concerns appropriately. He/she would have solid computer skills, specifically in the use of Google Suite, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualified candidates encouraged to apply!
