Our client, a scientific consulting firm in Southborough, is seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to support the leadership team and assist in varied projects in support of a rapidly growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to provide critical administrative support to multiple business partners in a dynamic team environment. The position must coordinate and operate cohesively with colleagues at various levels across the business. They are looking for an exceptional team player who is positive, proactive, organized, and detail?oriented with a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks. This role is Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm and can pay $25-28/hour on the temporary side (based on experience) and $55-62k once permanent (based on experience).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team in areas related, but not limited to, calendar management, expense reporting, travel coordination, and vendor management
- Provide general office support such as scheduling meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, issuing business letters, shipping orders, check requisitions, etc.
- Accept, screen, and route telephone calls concerning activities and operations of the office, providing information as appropriate and directing inquiries as needed
- Schedule and coordinate leadership team meetings and other events as needed
- Provide general support to the Talent and Operations teams - e.g. interview set-up, HR paperwork/file management, client management support, etc.
- Greet and direct visitors and monitor and replenish office supplies
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications & Education Requirements - Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
