Supply Planning Analyst- Needham,MA- Hybrid
We are currently working with a large retailer located in Needham, MA. They are searching for a Supply Planning Analyst to join their growing team. In this role you will be closely with the direct to consumer demand planning and digital team handling weekly reporting, planning and closing supply gaps and collecting data. They are seeking 1+ years of supply planning or supply chain expedience and experience working with a direct to consumer organization. This will be a hybrid role at least 2 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring supply plans are in place to support forecasts.
- Summarize excess and obsolete inventory for the direct to consumer business and help execute depletion plans with the E&O team.
- Align with Web team on assortment for both e-commerce sites and ensure allocation with Sales Planning
- Prepare weekly inventory summary files and provide recommendations to balance inventory, make substitutions, and recommendations for purchasing of inventory
- Collaborate with various business stakeholders across the organization to gather relevant data
- Prepare data for various supply chain review meetings.
- Manage budget reporting and the execution of necessary actions to ensure alignment with forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Excellent data mining skills
- 1+ year's minimum experience in a Supply Planning/Demand Planning or Supply Chain function
- Experience working within a direct to consumer organization a plus.
