The SSD Operations team provides operational support around business activities, processes, and strategies and objectives that help the Chief Client Office organization run efficiently and effectively. This support ranges from pipeline reporting to process improvement initiatives as well as Data Guardian work to ensure data quality and accurate client hierarchy representation within Salesforce.
The SSD Operations Intern will assist the SSD Operations Analyst in supporting the broader organization by providing consistent reporting and identifying and implementing efficiencies through automation while stewarding data quality initiatives as part of ongoing client and activity data management projects.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be working towards a bachelor's degree in the following curriculums: Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or MIS
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Detail oriented and organized
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Strong decision making and problem-solving capabilities
- Salesforce.com experience a plus
- Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
- Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA to be considered
