Job Description:
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
· Attract top talent by executing a robust recruiting strategy
· Source candidates utilizing advanced recruitment skills while continuously seeking new ways and ideas to attract talent
· Manage a full cycle talent acquisition process ensuring a positive candidate experience
· Partner with the Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition team members to identify key requirements for each role
· Conduct application screening, first touch phone calls, and phone interviews
Job Requirements:
· Experience in high volume recruiting, preferably in retail, merchandising or marketing
· Proficient in the use of an Applicant Tracking System
· Excellent multi-tasking skills, communications skills and interviewing skills
