Location: Hopkinton, MA
Job Description:
This is Sr. Level position where this person will be responsible for reducing the tickets in the ticketing system. They will be working in ServiceNow to help with basic troubleshooting hardware and/or software issues. They will also be responsible for filtering tickets to the right group to ensure tickets are resolved. This person will be taught what they need to do on a day-to-day basis, but must be willing and able to work onsite in a lab environment.
Must Haves:
- 6m+ experience in IT
- 6m+ experience working in ServiceNow ticketing process
- Must be able to work on-site
- Willing and able to learn HW/SW troubleshooting

- Experience working in a lab environment
