Description
The Superintendent - Design/Build Firm is responsible for:
- reporting to the Project Executive
- working primarily (at least to start) on a $15+ million project in Northern MA, 15 minutes from the NH border
- ultimately working on the construction of $10 million to $30 million projects in the Greater Boston area (most projects North and West of the city)
- working in tandem with the Assistant Superintendent so that the job is completed on schedule
- serving as the primary contact for specific subcontractors on the project
