The Opportunity:

Manage the design, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of all Enel SCADA Systems during the Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning phases. Provide technical support to Business Development Unit with SCADA System requirements and feasibility studies. Support procurement during the RFP process with technical proposal reviews and analysis. Provide Operations & Maintenance Unit with SCADA System documentation and handover and transition from Construction and Engineering to Operations.



What You'll Do at Enel:

  • Support the technical requirements, technical evaluation, technical knowledge,
  • and selection of possible Instrumentation, Control, and SCADA related vendors
  • as required by Procurement, Project Managers, and Engineer Managers.
  • Lead the design of all Instrumentation, Control, and SCADA related systems for assigned projects.
  • Act as main point of contact for Instrumentation, Control, and SCADA related communications for Meetings, RFPs, RFIs, Email Communications, etc.
  • Lead the installation off all Instrumentation, Control, and SCADA related systems. Coordinating schedules, deliveries, and physical installations with all required parties for a fully functional system.
  • Lead the integration, testing, and commissioning of all Instrumentation, Control, and SCADA related systems, working with the appropriate vendors for complete integration. Including but not limited to Wind Turbine SCADAs, Solar SCADAs, Met Towers, Substation SCADA/RTACs, Master Power Plant Controllers, Metering, Control Room Integration, Plant SCADA system, Offtakers, ISOs, PI Date, etc.
  • Provide support on documentation handover and punchlist completion for
  • transition to Operations Unit.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

  • Master's Degree is preferred
  • PE certification is preferred
  • 3-5 years of Power Generation and/or SCADA Systems and data communication network
  • General knowledge in Renewables
  • Fluent English is required, Spanish or Italian preferred
  • Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance related to own field of expertise
  • Experience in construction and/or commissioning related to own field of expertise will be a plus
  • Must be available for domestic and international travel for meetings and for on-site support
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Knowledge of informatics:
    • Microsoft Office
    • Microsoft Visio
    • AutoCAD
    • Software for automation
