Excellent Opportunity to join our dynamic team! Reporting to the Manager of Maintenance & Engineering, we are recruiting for a HVAC Maintenance Mechanic position.
Position Overview
The HVAC Maintenance Mechanic maintains the physical plant and grounds to ensure a safe and efficient environment of care to serve the needs of the patients/families, visitors and employees.
Responsible for providing maintenance support to all building air handling units, exhaust fans, pumps, chilled water and heating equipment, cold rooms, cooling towers, water treatment, refrigeration and building controls. Must be able to work independently and/or with a team to provide maintenance repairs and conduct preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
Requirements: Commonwealth of Massachusetts Refrigerant Technician's License and EPA Universal Certification with a minimum of five years plus experience in a healthcare or similar environment.
