3rd Shift - 11:00pm - 7:00am $16.75/HR
Responsibilites:
- Operates injection molding machines of cast rubber and plastic products
- Monitors machine to ensure material feed operation is maintained
- Manually removes molded product from dies
- Inspects molds/dies to ensure they are cleared of loose materials before cycling
- Trims excess material from part using a knife, cutting pliers and scissors
- Inspects parts for defects using visual and physical examples for reference
- Counts and records acceptable and defective products on production report form
- Packages product into the applicable shipping container or box
Qualifications:
Prior experience operating injection molding machinery is a plus
Reliable/Dependable
Good Communication skills
Use of basic hand tools: scissors, cutting pliers and knives
Team Oriented
Ability to multitask in face-paced work environment
Possess a strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 30lbs
Flexibility to work overtime when required
Must have reliable transportation
