Remote to start, but a hybrid model with some onsite support is needed.

Summary:

As a Drawing Program Associate, provide training, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for power users, submit Digital tickets on behalf of users, issue notifications to users, maintain Engineering Drawing Management (EDM) Power User list.

Responsibilities

  • Process in-house drawing requests – Provide plots for redlining to engineers, revise drawings, manage review process to drawing revision completion
  • Support change controls associated with drawings
  • Maintain training curriculum in Pfizer training programs
  • Support large format plotters for Engineering (EMU) department
  • Identify and provide reference plots as needed for validation activities, emergency work, and regulatory visits
  • Provide evidence of drawing revisions for change control closures
  • Maintain reference drawing library
  • Provide weekly Drawings in Review reports to Engineering (EMU) leadership team
  • Provide monthly assessment of open requests status
  • Provide drawing support to contracted projects by being the engineering contractor's point of contact for drawings
  • Train Pfizer CAD Standards and processes to engineering contractors
  • Provide and track access to Drawing Support Teams folder for contractors
  • Issue project drawings per Pfizer engineers
  • Create and maintain a list of project drawings
  • Audit project drawings to ensure compliance with Pfizer requirements and standards
  • Reconcile project drawing list at end of the project
  • Organize as-built drawings to be processed via in-house requests
  • Approve drawing requests in GetService
  • Lead collaborative efforts to create and update drawing procedures with Drawing Group (DDG)
  • Manage plotter supplies & service
  • Maintain drawing SharePoint pages (Drawing Group (DDG), Engineering Tagging Procedure (ESNP), Engineering Drawing Management (EDM), Pfizer Andover Drawings)
  • Represent Drawing Group (DDG) during internal audits
  • Post quarterly "Open Requests" reports
  • Engineering Tag Database (PANDA) Admin:
  • Issue Engineering (EMU) numbers per procedure (ESNP)
  • Maintain numbering procedure SOP-15340
  • Align database with the procedure
  • Archive Engineering (EMU) requests
  • Manage Drawing Group (DDG) roles & program documentation
  • Train new Drawing Group (DDG) members
  • Manage Drawing Group (DDG) training curriculums
  • Engineering Drawing Management (EDM) Program Admin:
  • Participate in EDM global team as Andover Site EDM Admin
  • Qualify EDM software upgrades
  • Approve and submit EDM power user requests
  • Provide backup support for all Drawing Group (DDG) functions and tasks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of facility drawing experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of Auto CAD experience
  • Drawing management program experience
  • Ability to co-lead, take ownership of the drawing
  • Experience applying and auditing drawings to a CAD standard
  • Experience in drawing management program (preferably BlueCielo Meridian)
  • Must be able to work from home successfully
  • Willing to learn
  • Training experience is preferred
  • Managing plotters experience is preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience is preferred
  • GMP environment, GMP documentation experience is preferred
