Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- overseeing an Assistant Project Manager depending on the size of the project
- coordinating and leading project, client, and architect meetings
- ensuring that the project is being completed according to schedule and budget
- acting as the main point of contact for the client
Profile
The right Project Manager will have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- experience managing projects in the life science, hospitality, academic, healthcare, or multifamily sectors preferred
- a Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field (preferred)
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
