responsibilities:
Call on existing customers, prospects and referral sources to generate new Commercial & Industrial loans
Source, structure and underwrite C&I Loans
Develop and grow portfolio from ground up
Cross sell bank products and services to clientele
Actively participate in community events to position the bank as a community leader
qualifications:
5 years of C&I Lending experience
Strong network of clients and referral sources
Formal credit training
Excellent business development skills
Outstanding customer relations experience
