Job Description

  • Perform bioanalysis of drug molecules and biomarkers for in vitro and in vivo discovery studies to support pipelines in Oncology Drug Discovery using LBA and LC/MS technologies.
  • Develop LBA and LC/MS assays for biologics, cytokines, ligands and small molecules in biological matrices.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot instruments
  • Initiate and maintain cell culture
  • Draft method protocols, reports. Present results in department and program team meetings.
  • Work closely with function leads and team members.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in biology, analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences or related disciplines.
  • 6-8 yrs (BS) or 3-5 yrs (MS) hands on industry experience.
  • Broad hands-on experience in LBA and LC/MS assays, plasma and tissue sample extractions.
  • Familiar with Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) ECL platform, Gyros, Sciex Analyst, Watson LIMS.
  • Knowledge of biology, immunology, toxicology and drug discovery is a plus.
  • Experience with assay development and qualification in an industrial setting is a plus.
