SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Architectural Sales Representative (ASR) is to generate significant, targeted sales in fabrication, tile, stone and accessories. The ASR will build and maintain relationships with architects, designers and coworkers; and will create efficiencies through data mining, follow-up and market research.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the Jacob Herskovits:
1. To manage market penetration of existing accounts
2. To actively seek out product information, stay current with the same, and share specifics
3. To develop sales prospects; to align and manage time accordingly
4. To effectively introduce new products and lines
5. To deliver samples and folders to prospects with a keen business-appropriate prioritization
6. To troubleshoot and provide outstanding customer care
7. To liaise with colleagues on payment collections
8. To accurately administer, process, partner with and follow-up on all orders
9. To build solid, lasting, business-focused relationships with the Architectural Support team
10. To build and foster relationships with architects, designers and personnel
11. To seek out and share market, customer and competitor research
12. To educate and train architects and designers on the Décor 24 self-order system
13. To manage and prioritize workload efficiencies
