responsibilities:
- Prepare SEC financial reporting
- Ensure financial statements are accurate and US GAAP compliant
- Develop and implement framework for SOX controls
- Work cross functionally to ensure equity based compensation is accurate
- Research and interpret new accounting pronouncements; understand and explain their impact
- Support fiscal close process
- Coordinate with auditors as needed
- Streamline, automate processes whenever possible; maximize efficiencies
- Assist investors relations with press releases
qualifications:
The ideal profile includes
- BS in accounting
- CPA desired
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player
- Ability to interact with people at all levels
- Strategic thinker able to partner with executives
- Attention to detail
