Our software tech stack connects behind any ATS and focuses on Time Management, Client Invoicing, Payroll Integration, Business intelligence, and Performance Management.
Who You Are
We're looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects within the US Staffing Industry. You will collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director in discovery, product training, and proposing new deals. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
We are looking for an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within target accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
As a Sales Lead, you will take ownership of our continued success in revenue growth and be responsible for the front aspects of the sales process including lead qualification, discovery calls, and following up with strong leads.
You'll work with our Customer Success team (who manages accounts post-sale) to identify and pursue large account expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.

Compensation & Benefits:
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 USD, annual on target earning
$50/month for home internet

Responsibilities
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for sales managers. Execute a repeatable sales process beginning with lead qualification and discovery and warm handoffs.
Consistently achieve lead generation goals for qualified opportunities. Ex. Booked Appointments & Active Leads
Lead Management: Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM (Hubspot).
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, social media and email marketing
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
Stay informed of best practices and promotional trends
Conduct account research and continue to engage with interested companies
Demo products to prospective customers and conduct discovery calls to identify customer needs and solutions
Work together with our Customer Success team to identify and pursue enterprise upsell / expansion opportunities
Experiences and Qualifications:
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Relentless with building connection and engaging potential customers
SaaS industry experience (highly preferred)
At least 1 year of remote work experience (preferred)
Customer Service experience (preferred)
+2 years experience Inside sales (preferred)
+2 years experience in outbound B2B sales (preferred)
Bonus points for an understanding staffing industry processes
Self-directed, highly organized working style; doesn't let things fall through the cracks
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and expectations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking clearly and concisely in real-time presentation environments
Experience in setting appointments and conducting demos
Preferably experience with CRM tools, ex. Salesforce and Hubspot
