You will join our 1st line support team, being an integral connection to our clients, doing everything in your power to solve their escalated problems, exceed their expectations and enhance Bluecube's reputation as the best at what we do.
We need customer focused candidates with great communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills who love working as part of a team. We're looking for experience with Microsoft technologies including Windows 10, Active Directory, Azure AD, O365 (Office, Exchange) and basic security awareness.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing telephone, email, on-site technical support relating to Office 365 and Azure for users all around the world.
- First Line support for software and hardware fault resolution for a mainly windows based environment, Apple knowledge is a bonus.
- Machine builds for new starters
- iPad configurations
- Working to SLA's and KPI's ensuring continued service delivery.
- Providing fantastic customer service, over the phone, via email and face to face.
- Basic Active Directory tasks such as creating user accounts, reset passwords and create groups.
