Our client is a renowned Boston-based hospital seeking a Temporary Program Coordinator in their Hematology department. This role constitutes a Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule, is entirely on-site, and is a 3-6 month contract with opportunity to extend. There is strong permanent potential in this role as well. Specific duties include managing multiple calendars, overseeing reimbursements, coordinating meetings, and additional project support as needed. The ideal candidate would possess at least an Associate's degree, 1 + years of administrative experience, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, top-notch proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and interest in healthcare strong preferred.
