Basic Purpose:

Primary responsibilities include the coordination and management of bank loan closings as well as providing daily trade information to our custodian banks. Other core activities are providing accounting/treasury support to investment team, overseeing data integrity of our Everest system, prepare investment related reports, sending loan restructuring information to our various custodian banks and oversee the daily valuation of our portfolios.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade settlement process with our various counterparties, custodian and client accounts.
  • Responsible for verifying the data integrity of our Everest system. On daily basis the associate will be reconciling that the various data panels in Everest are accurate.
  • Responsible for providing loan  restructures and cashless roll instructions to our various custodians, trustees and clients
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager with our various custodian banks, sub-advised clients and agent banks.
  • Prepare key internal and external management and client reporting, including slide show presentations for the fund managers.
  • Serve as a primary contact in our group's annual SOC and fund specific audits.
  • Prepare and oversee all portfolio funding and cash movements with the custodian banks.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, accounting and/or finance background preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Ability to work as part of a team which includes the capability to be flexible         

and adaptable.

  • Self-Starter with an ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are       

essential.

  • Experience in financial service industry required.
  • Strong background preferred: Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Bloomberg and MS Outlook.
