Title: Sample Management
Location: Devens, MA

Responsibilities:
- Sample Management is responsible for routine sample processing and control of QC samples in support of the QC laboratories. This includes, but is not limited to, incoming and outgoing sample shipment, sample tracking, and sample delivery.
- Performs routine processing, aliquotting and data review of raw materials, in-process, batch release, and/or stability samples of Bulk Drug Substance in a cGMP compliant environment.
- Executes routine procedures owned by the Sample Management functional area. Assignments are made in the LMS, by the hiring manager, based on applicable curricula map(s).
- Train on additional procedures, and provides support to a broader spectrum of sample management responsibilities.
- Support investigations through interview process.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of science generally attained through studies resulting in an Associates of Science in the physical or life sciences, supply chain, a related discipline, or the equivalent in related experience.
- Relevant experience in a cGMP Biologics QC laboratory or equivalent. Other backgrounds will be considered.
- Experience in sample inventory management and sample logistics is a plus.
- A working knowledge of regulatory standards as they apply to GMP laboratories is a plus.
- Experience with LIMS, asset management, Alarm management, and ELN computer applications a plus.
- Attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills required.
- Knowledge of basic electronic systems (email, MS Office, etc.) required.
