Receiving Associate at Staffmark

Staffmark is looking for a warehouse Receiver to perform a variety of duties to ensure the accuracy of goods received into the Receiving Department and computer system for an American multinational company that designs and manufactures portable temperature-controlled packaging and protective cases. 

Responsibilities

  • Verifies accuracy of packing slips, manifests, and delivery receipts against product brought into the company. Verifies all counts and weights are correct.
  • Reports damages and shortages to the Purchasing and Shipping/Receiving departments.
  • Ensures all appropriate documentation is present with shipment at time of delivery
  • Transacts all delivery receipts into ERP system, scans all documentation for electric filing.
  • Prepares and maintains all receiving records

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in receiving
  • Basic Knowledge of MS Office Suite, SAP a plus
  • Must be certified to drive forklifts or pass certification exam during trial period
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30lbs
  • While performing duties of this job, the employee will constantly be required to execute standard physical activities
  • This position requires repetitive hand/wrist activities

Position is temp-hire

6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

$17.22 per hour
