My client is a Gartners Magic Quadrant Leader in networking technologies with top clients like Fidelity, Marriott Hotels, eBay, Netflix, McDonalds, Amazon and more (the list goes on). They are seeking an ambitious individual with a geeky side and a genuine interest in customer success and managed services!

Description

The role will manage our growing and dynamic Technical Account Management group within the Customer Care team, where we are committed to ensuring a first class customer experience for our enterprise customers, and driving value from our services.


You Will:
  • Be a Player Coach - both assisting with the management of top tier client accounts and managing a team who does so as well
  • Take ownership of any technical issues and resolve them
  • Provide internal product feedback and suggestions straight from the top clients
  • Advocate for clients to help keep their SaaS working as smoothly as possible
  • Perform ongoing technical training
  • Manage a team of 6+ Technical Account Managers
  • Manage your team to a successful plan
  • Monthly and quarterly reviews with team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ongoing meetings and performance reviews with team

Profile

You Have:

  • Strong Technical Account Management foundation
  • Experience in networking (LAN/WAN/MPLS/SD-WAN/VPN/QoS/UC) is desired
  • Networking certification is a huge plus
  • Prior experience with people management
  • Strong analytical skill set
  • Strong client facing skill set and technical accumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable simplifying technical concepts
  • 8+ years of technology experience desires
  • 2+ years in both people management and networking desired
