Job Summary:
PowerAdvocate, a fast-growing company at the intersection of technology, big data, and energy, is hiring a Growth Operations Analyst. This role is ideal for a person interested in joining a fast-paced, experienced, ambitious team responsible for helping drive revenue growth and steer the company's go-to-market strategy as it expands globally.
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and efficiency of our customer facing teams including, but not limited to:
- Improving the quality and availability of sales and marketing operations and insights
- Primary manager of the company CRM with responsibility for maintaining and quality-controlling our Salesforce data, processes, and reports
- Will serve as the company's primary Salesforce administrator and ensure that relevant data is captured and imported from across the company
- Learns and maintains workflows across systems
- Business unit reporting and process development
- Generate and deliver operational dashboards and reports for customer facing teams
- Ensuring consistent reporting and operations across the organization
- Develop best practices that align analytics with company initiatives
- Support efforts to improve systems and tools that support the team
- Active contributor of ideas and new methods to optimize Growth processes
- Supporting other operations activities as needed, including, but not limited to:
- Proposal management, documentation, and process improvement
- PowerAdvocate hosted events (e.g. conferences, webinars, etc.)
This position will have a direct impact on the revenue side of our business and will work closely with a cross-functional Sales and Marketing and Client Services teams.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and demonstrated experience in a similar role, 2 to 3 years of experience working in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Business Operations
- Meticulously organized with an uncommonly high attention to detail
- Able to execute flawlessly against multiple processes and projects
- Strong time management skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Preference for "entrepreneurial" to "big company"
- Comfortable with client interaction via email
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
