We are working with a client that is looking for a Fractional Accountant to help with one of their BioTech clients. This role will start off with helping with this one client 15 hours a week, but could be exposed to other clients in their portfolio. This is 100% remote, but client and company are based in Massachusetts.
Responsibilities: This is with a small biotech start up and day to day consist of bank reconciliation, Accounts Payable, light payroll (9 full time employees) Lab Procurement, and balancing the books
Qualifications:
- Experience with Bank Reconciliation
- Excel pivot and vlookup experience
- Ability to work independently
- Lab Purchasing Exposure nice to have
- Grant Accounting Experience with both direct and indirect cost nice to have.
Ideal candidates must have the ability to problem solve, work independently and be successful in a remote setting.
