Commercial Paralegal
Law Firm seeking candidates for a full-time paralegal position in our Commercial Finance Practice Group. Prior legal experience handling commercial real estate closings, commercial transactions and commercial financing in a legal environment is preferred, although the firm will consider exceptional entry-level candidates, including recent graduates, with translatable skills or experience.
The successful candidate must also be able to independently manage files in a deadline-oriented, high-volume, atmosphere, handle significant client contact, and work with all levels of attorneys and staff.
