Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager will manage projects which may require coordination of geographically dispersed project teams, multiple product lines, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will develop and implement project plans, manage project cost, schedule and performance, and manage and build client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defines project requirements that identify all elements of cost, schedule and technical performance.
- Examines teaming options and builds a project team to achieve goals and maximize members talents, experiences and skills.
- Assesses team on a regular basis and makes changes as required.
- Leads development and refinement of the program Work Breakdown Structure to identify work required for project completion.
- Implements project change management and control.
- Establishes project performance metrics to ensure successful completion of project.
- Builds relationships, communicates project progress, and identifies high growth/value opportunities with clients.
- Directs project risk planning and formulates risk management plan.
- Ensures compliance with applicable government and industry regulations.
- Develops and implements project safety measures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in technical or business/management field from an accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of project management experience.
- Covid-19 vaccination required.
