Billing Coordinator - Boston, MA
We are currently working with a large law firm in Boston that is seeking a temporary Billing Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis through January of 2022. This role will work remotely 1 day a week, and the other 4 days onsite at the office in Boston.
Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices according to client terms
- Make revisions to invoices as needed
- Resolve any invoice discrepancies
- Communicate with internal teams and lawyers regarding past due invoices
- Billing reconciliations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of billing experience
- Elite or Aderant billing software experience is a huge plus!
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
