- Support efficient calendar management (MS Outlook) for multiple executives (up to 3)
- Event Management (townhalls, team meetings, offsites, lunches and more)
- Visitor Management
- Travel Management (Visa documentation, Booking, Report creation)
- Logistics (Accommodation, car transfers)
- Additional projects (as appropriate)
- Savy with MS Office products e.g. Powerpoint, Excel etc.
